Warrington A's 2021 Plans

Dear Warrington/Warwick Baseball Family,

We hope everyone is doing well and looking forward to 2021. We wish everyone good health and happiness during the holiday season.

New A’s Board of Directors

The Warrington A’s organization has been busy as the calendar gets set to turn to 2021. After a successful Summer and Fall season, salvaged from our 2020 COVID nightmare, a group of the existing Warrington A’s Board have come together to restructure the league.

As part of this restructure, we are excited to announce the relaunch of the organization’s website and the addition of a new Facebook page. Please visit www.warrington-as.com and follow www.facebook.com/WarringtonAs to stay up to date with everything going on with the A’s organization, such as Spring/Summer 2021 registration which is now open!

New Vision- Providing an Amazing Experience for Baseball Players at All Skill Levels

During the restructure, we are creating a new Constitution and Bylaws that will provide the foundation of this organization. We look to capitalize on one of our area’s prime facilities, building Warrington baseball into a strong baseball organization with the goal to offer an amazing experience with a quality community program, with opportunities for players to advance their baseball careers.

2021 Budget, Sponsorships, and Fees

As 2020 comes to an end, we reflect and look towards the future. We have set and approved the 2021 budget and have identified several inefficiencies that should help to allow the organization to grow as we move forward. We are planning several tiers of a sponsorship push, and we will also be asking you to help us in this process.

During registration, you will be presented with several donation options to reflect the reality of operating in a COVID-19 world, and so that YOU can make an amazing experience for your child.

While we have slightly increased the registration fees for ITL and USABL, we will not be increasing the fee for our core programs, Connie Mack or American Legion. However, in order to keep the registration fees the same for those programs, players will be responsible for purchasing their uniforms and hats. This was a decision that was not made lightly. We weighed several options but ultimately decided this was a model that most families were used to, from their Travel days at the youth leagues. The goal is to provide a high-quality uniform that can be reused for multiple seasons. For ITL, Senior Connie Mack and Fall Ball, a team shirt and hat will be provided as part of the registration fee.

We look forward to 2021 and are excited to get everyone back out on the fields. Here is to putting 2020 behind us!

Happy holidays to you and your family!

Sincerely,
The Warrington A’s Board of Directors
